The Creation of People Christine Farzan Long, long ago in a city in the sky lived a god named Christo and his wife Christy. Their city was named Christinopolis, and they were
the emperor and empress. Christinopolis was a very crowded city, Christo and his wife Christy. Their city was named Christinopolis and they were the emperor and
empress. The city of Christinopolis was where all the gods and goddesses and over time the city spread to all the clouds in the sky. Even though Christo and Christy needed to produce an heir to the throne, they didn’t have any children, because there wasn’t enough space. Then Christy came up with a brilliant idea. Her idea was to have a child, and when he or she was born, they would place him or her on earth and he or she would be the first human inhabitant of earth (you see, during their time, earth was just a planet with an ocean, vegetation, and animals on it (the animals, vegetation, and water got there by another group of beings)). A few months later, Christo and Christy welcomed a new son to Christinopolis, they named him Christus. The day Christus was born they placed him on earth, and they watched him as he lived amongst the monkeys, giraffes, lions, and all the other beautiful creatures of earth. Then one day as Christo watched Christus (now tall and strong), he suddenly realized that Christus will one day need a wife, and that he and Christy must find him one. So, Christo and Christy leave Christinopolis, in search of Christus’ soon-to-be wife. They traveled around for weeks trying to see if one princess would join their son on earth. After much effort, they returned to Christinopolis, without a bride for Christus. Many days later, they received a letter from a princess who said that she would adore moving to earth, and that she would be happy to marry Christus. The princess’ name was Aquamarine. She was a princess from beneath an ocean, on a moon far away from earth. When Aquamarine moved to earth, she and Christus got married and had many children. The children were named Terra, Soleil, Fuego, Himmel, Vann, Estrella, and Luna. They named their children after different words that described the land in soon to be created cultures. The children grew up, and began to follow in their parents’ footsteps. Each ruled a separate kingdom, and married children of the gods and goddesses. When they had children earth’s population grew. Eventually, Christinopolis was destroyed. Thankfully, that was after everyone in the sky, ocean, sun, moon, stars, and core of the earth was living in our world. Today, their descendants live all over the world.
